II. The purpose of processing personal data

The above personal data must be processed for the purpose of identifying the contracting parties and performance of the contract, and also for the purpose of recording the contract and the possible future exercise and defense of the rights and obligations of the contracting parties.

  • article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) Regulation – processing necessary for the fulfillment of the contract,
  • article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) Regulation - processing necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the administrator or a third party.

Personal data is processed by PRESSTEXTILE s.r.o. for the above-mentioned purpose for a necessarily long period of time - usually for a period of 3 years from the end of the last contractual relationship, unless another legal regulation requires the retention of contractual documentation for a longer period.

Company KUGA s.r.o. does not send any commercial messages.

III. External processing of personal data

The processing of the given personal data is mainly carried out by PRESSTEXTILE s.r.o., but personal data may also be processed for it by processors or third parties and entities (processors) who are our contractual partners and participate in our business activities. These entities also guarantee protection standards according to the GDPR and have concluded contracts with us on the protection of our clients' personal data. These entities are

  • request from PRESSTEXTILE s.r.o. access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing,
  • request from the company PRESSTEXTILE s.r.o. erasure of this personal data, this erasure by the company PRESSTEXTILE s.r.o. will perform, if it does not conflict with the law
  • for effective judicial protection if they believe that his rights under the Regulation have been violated as a result of data processing in violation of this Regulation,
  • on data portability,
  • request a copy of the processed personal data,
  • file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection,

V. Cookies

By entering the online store, text files (hereinafter: cookies) will be stored on the customer's computer. The administrator mainly uses the so-calledtemporary cookies, which are deleted at the same time as closing the Internet browser. With their help, it is possible to display, for example, the contents of the basket, even if the customer was viewing other pages in the meantime, or information on how many goods the basket contains and what its current total price is. These text files do not contain personal data. In addition, the administrator also uses so-called permanent cookies, which expire only after several visits to the site. These cookies contain only the customer's IP address. In particular, these cookies ensure that the offer of the online store is more user-friendly. Thanks to these files, it is possible, for example, to display information on the website that corresponds to the interests of the customer. The goal of using cookie files is to make the offer meet the customer's requirements as much as possible and to make browsing the pages as convenient as possible. Any association of the customer's person with these cookies is not possible.

It is also possible to set the internet browser so that no cookies are stored on the hard drive, but without them the customer will not be able to use the online store and its functions to the full extent. For example, in the case of placing goods in the basket, the server identifies the cookie code of the file and thanks to this it recognizes that the goods belong to the customer's basket. If the customer visits other pages and then returns to the online store to make a purchase, everything that he previously placed in the cart will remain in the cart. This function is only available if the storage of cookies is enabled. The administrator therefore recommends customers to leave the use of cookies switched on.

VI. Google Analytics

This website may use the Google Analytics service for anonymized traffic evaluation. If you do not want to use cookies, you can disable them in your browser settings or use the browsing mode with increased privacy protection. VII. Data security

The administrator manages personal data in such a way as to ensure the protection of the data providers' privacy. The administrator protects the data with all possible available information technologies, in particular against unauthorized access to the data, their unauthorized change, transmission, disclosure, deletion or impairment, as well as against their accidental impairment or damage and against unavailability caused by a change in the technology used.
The user account created by the data provider during registration is protected by the password chosen by him.
